Only 30 learners can be accommodated  at After Care.  The application procedure is as follows:

1. Contact Mrs Trudie van Heerden for an application form.
2. If there is a place available, she will send you a form and make the necessary arrangements for die completion of the form, as well as payment.

The following arrangements apply for the Aftercare:

1. Learners must bring extra food along to eat at the Aftercare.
2. Learners must bring an extra set of clothes to school in order to change into comfortable clothes.
3. Although there is continuous supervision, the members of staff cannot be responsible if a child injures himself / herself while playing (e.g. on the jungle gym, on a skateboard, etc.).
4. The learners must rather not bring expensive toys, sport- or electronic apparatus to the Aftercare.  Members of staff cannot be held responsible when these objects are broken or stolen. 
5. The school rules and Code of Conduct that apply during school hours, are also applicable at the Aftercare.
6. The learners are expected to respect the members of staff and to accept their authority.
7. Parents are requested to notify the Aftercare when the learner will not be at the Aftercare.
8. Parents must please collect their children before 17:30.
9. Should a learner neglect to obey the rules of the Aftercare or if his/her behaviour is detrimental to the other learners, he/she will forfeit the opportunity to stay at the Aftercare.
